Well, this started out as a frog-shaman, which gradually turned into a belly dancer...or so. Just wanted to practise painting some textures. references used for the face :)

I know the veil is rubbish, will update it later when I feel motivated enough :)

Bellydancer by ~Shreya Is definitely a unique and impressive Anthro piece. One thing I try to look for in my features is when the artist chooses an unusual subject to anthropomorphize. Nice job! The face is especially amazing. Cool idea too. The hands and feet look a little funky to me, but I think that's mostly just from never exactly seeing a frog belly dance.

the textures are pretty good too. especially on the face - you can almost feel the slimyness

Wow.

This is great, I'm assuming its a WIP. I think there are some perspective issues with da feet...the face is stunning. cloth simulation is preety neato. All in all, I hope to see an update.
